ANALISIS DUKUNGAN SUMBER DAYA PADA PROGRAM SEKOLAH LANSIA DI YOGYAKARTA

Abstract

One thing that can be done to improve the quality of life of the elderly is through the elderly school program in the Bina Keluarga Lansia (BKL) group. Management of the elderly school program requires resources to support sustainability. The purpose of this study was to determine the resources in elderly school activities at BKL Delima, Yogyakarta City. The type of research used was qualitative research with a descriptive method using case studies. Data collection using in-depth interviews, observations. The analysis used was thematic analysis. The results of this study indicate that in the elderly school activities at BKL Delima, Yogyakarta City, it greatly helps elderly students with the existence of five M resources that support the running of elderly school activities. The five M resources include man, namely the human resources involved, namely cadres, teachers from Indonesia Ramah Lansia, BKKBN as the institution responsible for and managers of elderly schools, money (budget or financing) comes from the APBN fund and elderly school activities are held free of charge. Methods with lectures, games carried out for 100 minutes twice a month activities with materials or teaching materials referring to the achievement of seven dimensions of resilient elderly and machines (tools or instruments) with the help of projectors, sound systems, learning practices. Elderly school activities held at BKL Delima, Yogyakarta City, are very helpful in realizing productive, independent, resilient elderly students in old age.
