The study of public service performance is very important as the basis for policy formulation in bureaucratic development. This study aims to measure the performance of population administration services in Rewarangga Village based on the indicators of service providers and service users. The method used is descriptive qualitative with observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results show that in terms of productivity, 90% of population data has been recorded, and document services are provided quickly and free of charge with KelimutuBox. In terms of responsiveness, the population information system and KelimutuBox are a response to community needs. In terms of responsibility, the services are in accordance with organisational policies. Meanwhile, in terms of accountability, government performance reports such as LAKIP and LPPD are submitted on time to the sub-district, and the management of SIK is accessible and accountable to the public.
