ANALISIS EFEKTIVITAS PENGGUNAAN APLIKASI MOBILE JKN PADA PESERTA BPJS KESEHATAN DI KOTA PALANGKA RAYA

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the use of the Mobile  JKN application among BPJS Kesehatan participants in Palangka Raya City. The research employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were  collected through semi structured interviews and observations involving ten informants who were active BPJS Kesehatan participants and had experience using the Mobile  JKN application. Data analysis used the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the Mobile  JKN application was fairly effective in helping participants access digital health services, particularly for checking membership status, access online queue services, and managing health administration service. The application was also queues at health facilities. However, several obstacles were still encountered, such as difficulties experienced by elderly users, account login problems, and network or system disruptions. Therefore, improvements in application system quality as well public education and digital literacy are needed to optimize the use of Mobile  JKN.
