Stunting is a short or very short body condition that is not appropriate for age. Stunting occurs due to malnutrition and recurrent diseases for a long time in the fetus until the first 2 years of life. Stunting can be known if a toddler has been measured in length or height, then compared to the standard and the results are below normal (Flora, 2021). The educational method used is lectures and discussions, as well as conducting questions and answers with students and the media used is in the form of pocket books. Research conducted by Swatiawan (2020) shows that with a spearman rank correlation statistical test, it was found that breakfast is beneficial for school children to meet body resistance, so that they can learn well, make it easier to absorb lessons and help meet nutritional requirements. Through this activity, young women are expected to be able to implement a healthy lifestyle and balanced nutrition as an effort to prevent stunting from an early age, especially as future mothers. Thus, education programs through UKS have the potential to support efforts to reduce stunting rates in the community in a sustainable manner.
